We design and produce all decals right here in our studio in Oklahoma City. We pride ourselves on original design and high quality products. We only use the best vinyl's, Inks, and equipment to give you the highest quality product.
Inquiries and Questions - 
Please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns you may have.  Please note due to high volume of inquiries it does take us 2-3 business days to respond but we will get back to you!

Production Time and Shipping -
Your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. We will send a shipping confirmation once sent. All orders are made to order. Please note that USPS is experiencing delays.

International orders can take 3-12 weeks in transit depending on customs.  Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, international orders are taking longer in transit. 
  Please note that The Lovely Wall Co., is not responsible for any customs fees that are incurred for packages.
Lost packages-
We are currently not replacing lost packages.  
Change of Address-
If the incorrect address is entered and you need it changed - we will cancel the order so that you may place the order with the correct address.  Addresses will not be changed on current orders.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or express mail is preferred.

Replacements for lost or damaged items
Please allow 5-7 business days for replacement items to be sent.  

Refunds Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return your order for 100% store credit or exchange with in 30 days of  original purchase. A purchase is only eligible for ONE exchange. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in original condition.
Sales and Discounts
Please note that all sales and promotions are only valid for the timeframe given for that particular sale. All orders placed prior to a particular promotion are not eligible for that discount.
Color Chart
Please note that colors can vary slightly depending on the device you are viewing the swatches on.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF April 12, 2022 ALL COLORS MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM ORDERS  OF THE SAME COLOR MADE PRIOR TO THIS DATE.  We updated our equipment which means slightly different color profiles.  
How do I return my item I would like to exchange?

Please send us an email stating that you would like to exchange your purchase and we will gladly help you through the process. We do require that customers pay for the postage to return the decals.

Custom Color Requests
At this time we are unable to make any custom color changes.  If a note is left in the sellers notes to change the color, please note that this will not happen.

I have damaged a piece of my decal while installing, can you replace it?

We will replce the damaged piece at a 50% discount off of the original price. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send replacement pieces.

My decals and/or wall paper fell down off of the wall, what do I do?

Usually, the main reasons for the decals falling off would be due to the wall being textured and/or having flat paint. We do warn against this in our listings and we are not responsible for this issue.  We will require a photo of the wall to determine what the issue is.  If we find that the wall surface is the issue,, We will not replace the decals or refund the purchase price for this issue.  
My wall was damaged from the decals, are you responsible?
Unfortunately, sometimes this can happen.  there is no way for us to know what type of surface the decals will be used on and cannot know the condition of your surface.  We are not responsible for damage.  Please note this rarely ever happens.
